LPD Productions’ acclaimed production of RENT, which captivated audiences during its 2024 national tour, will make its return to Sydney for a limited season at the Sydney Opera House. Presented by Opera Australia, the musical will run from 27 September to 1 November 2025 in the Joan Sutherland Theatre.

This production of RENT brings Jonathan Larson’s iconic rock musical back to the stage, offering a raw and powerful portrayal of life, love, and loss in New York City's East Village. With its unforgettable songs like “Seasons of Love” and “La Vie Bohème,” the show continues to resonate with audiences, celebrating resilience and the human spirit.​
